Sheppey Healthy Living Centre Public Consultation
Sheppey Healthy Living Centre has launched a public consultation on the proposed permanent closure of the SHLC site.
Residents are being encouraged to share their views by completing the official survey.
Please note. Completed surveys must be returned either by post or by hand to the designated collection point in Minster.
We understand that travelling to Minster may not be easy for everyone. If any Sheerness residents are unable to get there, completed surveys can be dropped off at the Sheerness Town Council office and we will deliver them on your behalf.
There is also 2 patient engagement sessions :These sessions are an opportunity for individuals to meet on a 1-to-1 basis to discuss the proposal, ask questions, and provide feedback.
Sessions will take place on:
- Wednesday 27 May, between 10:00am and 12:00pm
- Wednesday 3 June, between 3:00pm and 5:00pm
Appointments will be offered in 15-minute slots.
