Kent County Council – Temporary Road Closure – Marine Parade, Sheerness – 13th September 2023 (Swale District)

Due to works that are due to be undertaken by Kent County Council, it will be necessary to close part of Marine Parade, Sheerness from 13th September 2023, with estimated completion by 15th September 2023, between the hours of 20.00 and 06.00.

Marine Parade, Sheerness will be closed between The Broadway and Seager Road, to the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.

The alternative route for any through traffic:-

For vehicles travelling west is via:- The Broadway, B2008 Minster Road, A250 Halfway Road, High Street, Trinity Way, Trinity Road, Broadway.

For vehicles travelling east is via:- Broadway, A250 Trinity Road, Cavour Road, Invicta Road, High Street, Halfway Road, B2008 Minster Road, The Broadway.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while signing and lining works are undertaken by Kent County Council.
